Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fabricate and implement quality systems and processes
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage projects related to quality assurance, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Provide guidance and support to the Quality Control team in conducting tests and inspections
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and methodologies
- Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections
- Ability to fabricate and implement quality systems and processes
- Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and CGMP requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
